The United Nations Assembly established World Environment Day in 1972 to fundamentally raise awareness among people about the importance of ecosystem preservation. Since then, World Environment Day is observed on June 5 annually with eco-sensitive themes to remind individuals and organisations about their duties and responsibilities towards the gift of nature.

It is not just a year or a decade since humans have started exploiting, looting, and destroying the wildlife, coral reefs, deserts, mountains and more. Let us be a generation that reimagines creative ways to restore our natural resources.
