Yoga and Meditation Club


The main objective of the club is to prepare the students physically and mentally for the integration of their physical, mental and spiritual states so that the students can become healthier, saner, and more integrated members of society and of the nation

Yoga education helps in self-discipline and self-control, leading to an immense amount of awareness, concentration, and a higher level of consciousness. Briefly, the aims and objectives of the Yoga and meditation club are

  • To enable the student to have good mental and physical health.
  • To practice mental hygiene
  • To possess emotional stability.
  • To integrate moral values.
  • To attain a higher level of consciousness.

Outcomes of the Club

To acquire knowledge about the following

  • Evaluation of universe, evolution of living beings and cosmology
  • Purpose of life, science and spiritualism and yoga
  • Human body, physical exercise and health
  • Life force, kayakalpa yoga and harmony
  • Mind, meditation and personality development
