Ms Mani Mounika Mokana is a skilled Psychotherapist who has devoted her career to empower individuals and families navigate their emotional challenges and develop healthy relationships. With a profound understanding of how people relate to themselves and others, she offers expert services in addressing a diverse range of mental health issues. Through her client-centred approach, Ms. Mounika fosters growth, resilience, and holistic wellbeing for her clients, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve emotional balance.

Ms Mounika specializes in Family and Marital therapy, focusing on the intricate dynamics between individuals and their relationships. Her therapeutic approach is integrated, drawing primarily from: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systems theory, and Behavioural therapy. By combining these approaches, she tailors her treatment plans to suit individual needs and challenges. Ms Mounika’s adeptness in the domain would enable to offer expert services in addressing a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, gender identity concerns, suicidal ideations, and domestic violence. With diverse exposure in educational, industrial, rehabilitation, and private settings, Ms. Mounika's versatility as a counsellor enables her to offer comprehensive support for individuals and communities seeking mental and emotional wellbeing.

Previously, she worked as a Student Counsellor at VIT AP University, and Brandix Apparel India Ltd., as a Psychological Counsellor where she empowered individuals to make informed decisions, manage relationships and conflicts, and address various psychological needs.

Furthermore, Ms  Mounika has served as an Internal Committee (IC) member for POSH Policy at Brandix India Apparel Limited. In this capacity, she has been responsible for Formal Inquiries providing recommendations, and contributing to annual audits. Apart from this, she played a crucial role in the rollout of an Abuse and Harassment Free Workplace policy, by conducting policy trainings.

In addition to her work as a Psychotherapist, she holds certifications from HRCI, SHRM, and CPD as a Corporate Trainer and Facilitator. In her professional capacity, she has undertaken the role of Master Trainer-Technical within the esteemed program of PACE (Personal Advancement and Career Enhancement). Throughout this position, her primary focus was on empowering employees with valuable skillsets conducive to fostering effective teamwork, driving enhanced productivity, and promoting overall job satisfaction.

As part of her collaborative efforts, she has engaged with various educational institutions, to conduct informative Awareness programs for both students and faculty. These programs have covered essential topics such as safeguarding children from sexual offenses, understanding diverse learning styles, and exploring the ways of Behavioural modifications in the educational context. Through these initiatives, she has sought to create a safer and more conducive learning environment while promoting a holistic approach to educational development.
