Mr S Suresh is an experienced HR professional with over 40 years in the field, holding a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work. He has worked with renowned companies such as Hyundai Motors, Renault Nissan, and Orchid Pharma, and most recently, served as Head of HR and Consultant at ReGen Powertech in the renewable energy sector. His expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, and strategic HR in both greenfield and brownfield multinational companies.
In addition to his corporate roles, Mr Suresh has been a guest faculty member at institutions like IIT Madras and Madras School of Social Work. He is a life member of the Indian Society for Training and Development. Actively involved in community service, he participated in Rotary International's Group Study Exchange program and served as President of the Rotary Club of Madras Coromandel. He continues to consult for leading companies in Chennai, focusing on recruitment, training, and industrial relations.
