Fee Intimation Notification
Hope everyone is safe and taking all necessary precautions. As you are all aware it is a very peculiar situation we are encountering with and requires the support and co-operation of all for effectively dealing with this challenge.
In these unprecedented times the University and our faculty members are making efforts to ensure that your academic learning and sessions for the upcoming Academic Year 2020-21 are not disrupted. We are planning to commence online classes through an interactive platform from Aug 3rd 2020, keeping in view of your academic progression.
The learning mode is Online for the first few months of the semester till the situation improves. Once the situation improves we will announce the same and students can attend classes in person on campus. As there is lot of uncertainty due to COVID-19 pandemic, for the benefit of students the Management has been kind enough to waive off 50% of the Hostel and Mess fees for Hostelers and 50% of the Transport fees for students who avail the bus facility. In the event of the University commencing on-campus classes before the end of this odd semester, students will be required to pay the Hostel, Mess and Transport fees on pro rata basis.
For Students who have already paid the above hostel/mess fees or transport fees for the AY 2020-21, 50% of the above would be adjusted against their tuition fees for the AY 2020-21.
The fee payment portal will be open from 15th July 2020. We request all of you to remit the Tuition Fees for the AY 2020-21 along with the past arrears if any, before semester registration begins on 26th July 2020. Only students who have paid all the fees, with Nil dues will be allowed for semester registration for the upcoming academic year through the ERP portal.

C. General Instructions:
a. The actual amount to be paid after necessary adjustments of your earlier payments and any scholarship awarded to you will be updated in the student portal by 15th July 2020.
b. Kindly note that once the full payment of fee dues are paid then only, the system will allow you for semester registration
c. Any previous year dues of tuition fees/other fees or other pending dues have to be cleared before proceeding for semester registration.
d. Please ignore if you have already paid tuition fees for the AY 2020-21 and cleared all the pending dues.
e. Students who require any assistance for Student Education Loan, we have partnered with PayU for providing easy EMI options. You can contact email@example.com for any clarifications.
f. Students who are approaching for Education Loans with other banks, we will provide “Demand Letter” as and when students request the same through email.
