  • Research Interest

  • In the realm of my doctoral pursuit, I embark upon an intellectual odyssey, aimed at unravelling the intricate tapestry of Vaishnava theology's influence upon the poetic landscape. This scholarly endeavour delves into the profound currents where the verses of certain poets converged, igniting a novel epoch in the realm of literary creation. This epoch, catalysed by the visionary Jayadeva, unfurled its wings across time through the eminent luminaries who bore the torch forward – Vidyapati Chandidas, Govindadas, Jnanadas, and the illustrious Rabindranath Tagore among them. As I navigate the historical continuum, my aspiration is to unveil the metamorphosis of faith, devotion, and artistry that sculpted this unique trajectory within the sphere of poetry.
