My research interests revolve around developing low-cost VLSI architectures for Biomedical Signal and Image Processing but I am open to trying new ideas as well. My core objective is to design and development of a total embedded hardware system for the realization of a portable device. As a research fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, I was actively involved in a research project to develop a non-invasive blood glucose monitoring system using Photoacoustic Spectroscopy. My work was broadly focused on signal processing at the digital back end of it as well as to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the photoacoustic signal.
Noninvasive and continuous diagnosis and determination of pathological condition by analysing different signals and images received by the sensors attached to the human body leading to prototype development.
