Research Interest

  • Combining deep learning algorithms with satellite imagery to harness satellite observations for various purposes such as land use land cover mapping, crop mapping, etc. fusion, classification, landslide susceptibility, analysis of catastrophe effect.
  • Earth observation, climate change, transportation, crop mapping, built-form planning, disasters, health infrastructure management using hybrid machine learning/ deep learning algorithms.
