A Path to Spirituality: Dr Saurabh on Exploring the Vedanta

National Youth Day commemorates the birth of Swami Vivekananda and disseminates the central message of Vedanta that every soul possesses the capacity for divinity. the teachings of divinity and spirituality. On this occasion, Dr Saurabh Todariya, Assistant Professor at the School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, delivered an insightful session, “It’s All in the Mind”, on promoting the teachings of Vedanta and inspiring the youth towards divinity and spirituality on January 12, 2022.

Dr Saurabh discussed the practical elements of Vedanta, focusing on its relevance in contemporary society. The talk emphasised the need for the youth to strive towards personal and societal development, echoing Vivekananda’s vision for the nation’s progress. The session also delved into shaping the youth towards self-reliance and personal growth.
