Research Interest

  • My primary research interests are in the topology of smooth, contact and symplectic manifolds. In particular, I am interested in various embedding and fillability problems related to these manifolds. Recently, I am more focused into the study of 3 and 4 manifolds.
  • I am also interested in various applications of topology in the field of optimization.
