  • Fabrication and characterization of silicon and flexible PET-based photosensors, gas sensors, biosensors etc.
  • Organic Electronics, Synthesis of Nanocomposites, Self-Assembled Materials, Transparent Flexible Transistors, Organic/Inorganic Thin Films based Structures and Devices, Metal Oxide based structures, Photosensors, 2D Materials, Electronic Sensors, Biosensors, Nanostructures, Device and Circuit Simulation, Characterization of Thin Films and Nanoparticles.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of thin-film deposition techniques i.e., Physical vapor deposition (thermal evaporation, sputtering, and electron beam evaporation) and Solution-processed methods (spin coating, dip coating, drop casting, spray pyrolysis, Langmuir Blodgett, and floating film transfer method), enabling me to fabricate diverse electronic devices with precision and efficiency.
  • Application and interpretation of structural, optical, and electrical relationships in single and composite materials using various complementary tools: SEM, TEM, AFM, XRD, UV-Vis-NIR Spectroscopy, Spectrophotometer, etc.
