  • 2016 - 2017 – Junior Project Fellow – IIT Guwahati, Assam

Research Interest

  • Gene network analysis such as correlations, community detection and clustering to find functionally related genes associated with a particular disease. Exploring network centrality measures to find most important genes in different gene networks, which can be potential crucial gene for the disease.
  • Differential expression analysis and differential co-expression analysis of gene expression data such as RNA-Seq and single-cell RNA-Seq data to find genes responsible for a particular disease.

Awards & Fellowships

  • 2014 – GATE Fellowship – NIT Meghalaya
