  • Worked as a Principal Project Scientist on a DRDO Project in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India, November 2020 to June 2022.
  • Worked as a Senior Project Scientist on a DRDO Project in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India, October 2019 to November 2020.
  • Worked as a Scientific Researcher on a Indo-German Project at University of Erlangen, Germany, February 2018 to April 2018.

Research Interest

  • Formability analysis of un-welded and welded sheets formed using conventional forming and non-conventional forming processes.
  • Prediction of residual stresses in sheet metal parts and its validation using experiments.
  • Numerical and experimental investigations of axial crushing of foam-filled columns under dynamic loading and analyse their crashworthiness performance.
  • Interested to explore the formability (in terms of LDH, thinning and strain distribution) in conventional forming and hydroforming of aluminium sandwich panels.
