Mr Sivakumar R has more than two decades of experience and expertise in top conglomerates of diversified sectors like Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Dairy, Food Processing, EdTech and Educational Services.

Prior to joining SRM University-AP, Andhra Pradesh as the Director-Human Resource, he has served in various Mid and Senior Level Leadership roles in reputed companies, such as, Asian Paints India Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd, The Nilgiris Dairy Farm Pvt Ltd, Heritage Foods Limited. His last assignment was with Narayana Educational Institutions Group as Chief People Officer.

Mr Sivakumar is a Commerce Graduate from Madras University with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Materials Management and Computer Applications. He is also a certified Psychometrics Profiling Practitioner. Apart from his deep-rooted passion for Human Resource, he prefers to explore different cultures and values. He also has an avid interest in sports, especially in cricket.
