Paari School of Business organised an industrial visit for the MBA III SEM students. Dr Veeravel (Assistant Professor, SEAMS) was the faculty coordinator for this industrial visit.

FDP on 'How to negotiate and generate value as a teacher vis-a-vis' students, parents and administrative heads'

Purpose: To train school teachers on emerging issues and skill development

Brief Description: The faculty development program (FDP) was organised for all the teachers from premier schools in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The training was facilitated to discuss on subtle issues primarily hovering over students, parents and other stakeholders in the process of learning and development. The FDP was well received and much appreciated.

FDP on 'Understanding the generational gap, and where do we go from here?'

Purpose: To train school teachers on emerging issues related to different generations engaging in education and addressing possible alternate mechanisms to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Brief Description: The faculty development program (FDP) was organised for all the teachers from premier schools in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The training was facilitated to discuss on the ongoing debate concerning generational gap between parents, teachers and students with a special emphasis on generation Z. The FDP was well received and much appreciated.
