The International Transfer Programmes allows students to complete an initial year of their degree ( 2 years) at SRM University-AP and transfer to a Foreign Country to complete the final year (1 or 2 years) and obtain a degree from the foreign University.
The students should have good academic scores in the first two years of their study. Minimum 7 CGPA with no backlogs and re-appears.
English Proficiency test would be subjective to the University & Country you are applying to. Generally, the required score is 6.5 bands, not less than 6 in each module in IELTS. In some cases, partner Universities waive off the IELTS requirement. It is entirely a subjective exemption.
SAT is not required for the admission in the undergraduate courses at the foreign university when a student is taking international transfer through SRM AP.

You can apply for an education loan once you have a conditional offer letter from the partner university. The conditional offer letter is a document that you can provide as a supporting document to the bank while applying for an Education loan.
Conditional offer letter is the letter issued by the overseas host university offering admission to a student subject to conditions to fulfil. The conditions are mentioned on the letter and the student has to fulfil those conditions in order to get an acceptance or unconditional offer letter to apply for a visa.
You can apply for a visa once you receive the unconditional offer letter and have all the necessary documentation in place, as required by the visa issuing authority of the host country.
Unconditional offer letter is the final letter issued by the overseas host university when the student has met all the admission criteria of the overseas host university.
You would directly apply for the visa once you have procured the necessary documents. The Office of International Relations & Higher Studies at SRM AP would only help in procuring relevant documents pertaining to SRM AP to apply for visa.
The student would get a student visa. For instance, in the USA the student will get an F1 visa, In Canada the student will get an S-1 visa, In the UK the student will get a Tier 4 visa, In Australia the student will get a student (Subclass 500) visa.
It will depend upon the rules and regulations of the country where you are going. Generally, you would be allowed to work on a student visa as per the law of the land. In most situations, the student can work 20 hours per week during the duration of their study.
Visa is issued by the Embassy of the particular country after all the procedures are duly followed by the candidate. Thus, a successful visa is conditional to the visa granting authority and depends on the documents which are being presented by you at the time of the visa application.

We’ll evaluate your classes through your department head and faculties after you submit your application and application fee. Students attending 2-years and 3-years in SRM AP may coordinate with an advisor at the host university to review courses for mapping and transferability.
Yes, there are a few universities which are in Top 100 QS ranking such as Monash University (QS Rank =58), other universities are also top QS ranked.
Although it varies country to country and university to university, but for the duration the student is studying in the SRM AP he/she must pay 1.5* Domestic fee/year. The transfer years fee to be paid to the host university itself. Foreign fee is reduced up to 50% when you opt for a transfer programme via SRM AP. The approximate fee in host universities will be listed in the detailed brochures soon.
The credit transfer programme is available for almost all the courses at SRM AP such as all engineering courses, management, science, and social sciences courses. The International Relations website will keep you updated which specific university is providing which course.
Firstly, students will be screened based on the required CGPA. Next, the IR panel will be interviewing the students (CV and SOP should be shared with the panel beforehand), and shortlisted students will further go through the interview process of the host university.
No, only students who have completed at least 2 years of study at SRM AP can apply for transfer programmes.
