Application Process for the e-Conference Visa
As a delegate, you will be required to fill the form and give accurate details. Before starting to fill the online form, you need to be sure that you have the following:

A passport with at least six months validity

Scanned copies of your recent colored photo. The size should not exceed 10MB and the dimensions should be 2In X 2In. Otherwise, you will not be able to upload the file until you get the correct format.

Enough money to pay for the visa. The charges range from USD 13- USD 113. The specific amount will be indicated as you fill the form.

Proof of the address of your residence

A formal letter of invitation from Convener.

Evidence of MHA event clearance (MHA.pdf)
We request the foreign national to apply for VISA, submitting a copy of the invitation letter, MHA letter and above-mentioned documents along with your visa application for easier procurement of visa.
REACHING SRM UNIVERSITY
The SRM University, Andhra Pradesh campus is located between the cities Vijaywada and Guntur. It can be reached from various parts of the country in several ways:
By Rail
Those coming from other states of India by train, should get down at the Vijaywada Railway Station (railway code: BZA), which is well-connected with almost all parts of the country. One can also use the Guntur Railway Station (code: GNT). From the stations, you may engage a taxi to reach SRM University.
By Air
The nearest airport is the Vijaywada International Airport (IATA: VGA) is about 45km from campus. You may engage a taxi from the airport to reach SRM University.
By Bus
Buses operated by APSRTC from Pandit Nehru Bus Station and NTR Bus Station connect the University city with Vijaywada and Guntur respectively.
