Nano Jatha

At nanoscale, matter behaves differently, depending sensitively on the size and shape. The contribution of nanoscience and technology is in every conceivable field: Agriculture, Industries, Technology, Electronics, Communications, Healthcare, Space explorations, Energy, Material Sciences, and Environment, to name a few.

To showcase the current knowledge in nanoscience and technology and to disseminate information about Bengaluru India Nano, Karnataka Science and Technology Promotion Society (KSTePS) is organizing in different parts of the country Nano Jathas - special events comprising lectures by expert scientists in the field, video shows, interactive sessions with the audience and exhibition that has several live demonstrations illustrating the topic.

The Department of Chemistry at SRM University-AP, Andhra Pradesh, is pleased to announce that an event focusing on nanoscience and nanotechnology will be held on July 20, 2024. This event is aimed at engaging high school and college students and raising awareness about these cutting-edge fields. It is open to students with a background in 12th grade, undergraduate, or postgraduate science programs. Interested students are required to register using the provided registration link.
