The 4-year B.Com (Hons.) programme consists of 173 credits. However, the students who wish not to opt for 4th year and secure a minimum of 141 credits will get a B.Com (Hons.) Degree. The course covers basic to in-depth knowledge of Accounting (Covering Financial, Corporate, Cost and Management Accounting), Finance, Auditing, Taxation, IT Applications and Data Analytics, with the help of credits to lab components.
The course is formulated with 8 semesters and with a breakup of 2 specialisations as follows:
Each specialisation consists of 5 courses along with one compulsory core course on Finance and Human Resource Management. The course also covers value-added Tally Accounting Software.
