Workshop cum Mini-Symposium on

Partial Differential Equations

Aim of the Programme

The primary objective of the 'Workshop cum Mini-Symposium on PDE' is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of the abstract theory of elliptic partial differential equations. Additionally, it aims to showcase recent advancements in the fields of modeling, analysis, numerical methods, and optimum control of kinetic and partial differential equation (PDE) models. This conference provides a venue for scholars to learn about the most recent findings on PDE applications, explore novel ideas, and foster collaborations in the field

Workshop Focus:

  • Basics of regularity theory of elliptic partial differential equations
  • The syllabus of this workshop has been designed to fill the basic need of newly joined Ph.D. students who are willing to work on partial differential equations or related areas.

Symposium Focus:

  • Various applications of PDE in the field of physics, biology and engineering.
  • Provide a bridge among researchers to use abstract mathematics in the allied field.

The Programme consists of three 90-minute lectures each day, followed by a 60-minute tutorial.
