SRM University-AP gives prime importance to raise career-ready graduates. To introduce emerging technologies and burgeoning fields of innovation, the Department of Corporate Relations and Career Services (CR&CS) has been organising a series of industry readiness webinars from time to time. The eighteenth session of this webinar series, titled “The Future of Technologies” will be held on June 19, 2021, Saturday, at 5:30 pm. Experienced HR recruiter Mr Joshua David, who is currently associated with Mphasis, Chennai, will educate and groom the job aspiring students on this topic.
Mr Joshua David had earlier been associated with top multi-national organizations like HCL Technologies, Kingfisher Airlines, Wipro Technologies, Satyam Computers (now Tech Mahindra), Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Hexaware Technologies. As industry employers seek skilled and competent workers, this interactive session with the field expert will assuredly benefit the students during the campus placement drive.

The Department of Corporate Relations and Career Services (CRCS) at SRM University-AP, Andhra Pradesh conducts a webinar on “Interview Handling Skills by Industry Expert” on June 12, 2021, Saturday at 5:30 pm. Mr. Sushant Sharma, Senior Talent Partner, GE Healthcare will give interview training to the students during the session.
Mr Sushant Sharma is a seasoned HR professional with 9 years of experience from organizations like WNS Global Services, Siemens, and HCL Technologies. He has first-hand knowledge in managing the hiring process for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region because of his association with GE Healthcare. Mr. Sushant Sharma holds a B.E. Degree in Electronics Engineering and a PGDM in Leadership Analytics. He has worked in Malaysia, recruiting from APAC region which includes countries like Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Hongkong. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, he worked for WNS Global Services as Group HR Manager, where he was the head of the Bangalore region for the Research and Analytics vertical. His specialties include Lateral and Leadership Hiring, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Hiring, and Campus Hiring. He has been granted numerous esteemed honours, like the best recruiter’s leadership award. Sushant Sharma is also a visiting faculty at prestigious business schools such as IIM Nagpur, IIT Bombay, TAPMI, NMIMS, Goa Institute of Management, and many others. He is a coach and guide to many new businesses in Bangalore, like Upgrad, edWisor Academy, to name a few.

Department of Corporate Relations & Career Services (CRCS), along with School of Entrepreneurship And Management Studies (SEAMS), SRM University AP, Andhra Pradesh welcomes Prof Bushan D Sudhakar, Professor, Department of International Business, School of Management, Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry as the guest speaker in a session titled “Changing business leadership paradigm” on December 29, 2020, at 4 PM. Prof Bushan is an adept,strategically focused professor having over 25 years of proficiency in teaching,research, and leadership. Further, he is extensively involved in corporate training, branding, digital marketing, marketing strategy formulation and implementation, new – product introduction, promotion planning, market distribution, supply chain management, advertising, and communication. Also, his primary research interest is in the analytical modeling of marketing, branding, and advertising with stylized consumer behavior models. Along with being an Editorial Member of the International Journal of Economics and Management Science, Prof Bushan is the honored recipient of the Best Teacher Award (2004), Raman Fellowship for the Post Doctoral Research in the US (2013), Bharat Gaurav Award(2016), and Bharat Vidhya Ratan Award (2018) during his career.
