Mr S Suresh is a distinguished HR veteran with an impressive four-decade career. He holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the prestigious Madras School of Social Work, as well as a law degree and a PG Diploma in Management. Throughout his professional journey, Suresh has held significant roles in companies of repute, such as GEC Alsthom, Titan Watches, Hyundai Motors, Orchid Pharma, Renault Nissan, and Hinduja Foundries.

For the past decade, he has been the Head of HR at ReGen Powertech, Chennai, focusing on the dynamic Renewable Energy sector. Recently, he has transitioned seamlessly into the role of a highly sought-after HR Consultant. Mr Suresh’s expertise encompasses the entire HR spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, Training, Performance Management, Payroll, Industrial Relations, and Strategic HR. He has excelled in both Greenfield and Brownfield Multi-National Companies and closely worked with members of the senior management.

Beyond his corporate prowess, Suresh is a sought-after Guest Faculty at distinguished institutions like IIT Madras and Madras School of Social Work. He actively contributes to the vibrant academic community by organising intercollegiate Quiz competitions through NIPM, Madras Chapter, where he serves as a respected Committee member. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Chennai. His commitment to global understanding is showcased through his association with the Group Study Exchange Program of Rotary International.
