Vision
- The Department of Liberal Arts’ vision corresponds with that of SRM-AP University’s vision of becoming a world-class institution. The department intends to be a centre of quality education and provide students with the opportunity to develop their analytical and critical minds so that they not only be qualified for jobs and higher education but also be responsible human being capable of serving their society.
Mission
- To enable students to acquire, create and share multi-disciplinary knowledge that enhances the understanding of human experience(s).
- To provide an apt environment for the students that leads to their intellectual transformation and helps them become future leaders of change in society.
- To inculcate research interests in students and empower them with skills that they can use to pursue further knowledge and, thus, become future knowledge creators.
