About the School

The School of Engineering and Sciences (SEAS) consists of 10 departments. The School provides a conducive environment for students to pursue their education, unleash hidden skills, and discover latent research abilities - all with an aim to create entrepreneurs, leaders, and icons of tomorrow. The School of Engineering and Sciences believes in providing research-based education to the students. The faculty members follow Active-learning pedagogy to improve the quality of learning experience for the students.

The Students joining BTech/ BSc/ MTech/ MSc/ PhD programme get excellent state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to encourage them to carry out projects of multidisciplinary nature. The students are given opportunities to get international exposure in reputed foreign institutes like the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Flinder University, Northeastern University, Asia University etc.

The School offers minors and specialisations across disciplines to the students joining the degree programmes. The students will get a chance to work with faculty members on their research topics. These learning experiences open more opportunities for students looking for higher studies or job opportunities or entrepreneurship.
