The department is offering a full time PhD programme in various research areas. Presently we have faculty and research scholars working in the areas of Analog and Digital VLSI, Hardware Security, Signal processing, Image processing, Battery Management systems, RF ICs and Antenna Design, Integrated Optics and Photonics for Communication and Sensing applications. Every PhD scholar is eligible to get University research fellowship of Rs 20000 per month with subsidized hostel and mess facilities.
