VIJAYAWADA: The chancellor of the SRM University, TR Parivendhar, said that about 400 corporate companies are ready to hire students from the varsity’s Amaravati campus.
While interacting with the students here on Thursday, he suggested that they should prepare for campus placements right from the first year. He said that campus placements were opportunities to get into top corporate firms with high pay packs.
He further asked the students to improve on their communication skills to face the interviews confidently. “Also, inculcate the habit of questioning, which would ultimately improve communication skills besides (helping you to complete) the courses,” he said.
