He has nearly four decades of experience in IT strategy and operations, excelling in defining IT roadmaps, budgeting, technology evaluation, and the execution of multi-million-dollar, multi-location projects. As the Managing Partner at Virtual CIO Consulting Services since 2012, he has led a variety of projects, including creating IT strategies for companies in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, railroads, software, and healthcare. His expertise spans IT infrastructure planning, vendor negotiation, project management, and driving IT transformation initiatives. Previously, as Director at SmartLINX VOIP Networks Pvt. Ltd., he managed application support for real-time data, voice, and video applications, demonstrating his capacity to lead geographically distributed support teams.
Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Prof. Job Thomas held key roles in notable organizations like Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., where he managed ERP rollouts and IT services across South India. He played a crucial role in process automation, business continuity planning, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
