SRM University-AP, Amravati was established in 2017 as research focussed university and in just 7 years, university has achieved substantial success in achieving its goals. In just 7 years, the university has published over 3000+ articles in reputed international journals, filed over 200+ patents (30 granted ones), and obtained over 42 Cr research funding from various funding agencies.
About the Conference
ICAMDM-2025 aims to provide an ideal platform to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, industry experts, scholars, and students to share and expand their knowledge on theoretical, numerical, and experimental developments in Mechanics, Materials, and Manufacturing. There are many researchers working in the fields of Mechanics, Materials and Manufacturing individually in each area. However, there are many commonalities between these areas and a lot of interdisciplinary/interconnected research work happens in this context. This conference is supposed to give the opportunities to such researchers to present their work, discuss with the other researchers and also publish their work in the scopus indexed proceedings.

Call for Papers
ICAMDM 2025 invites full length original research contributions from engineering professionals from industries, R&D organisations, academic institutions, government departments and research scholars from across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding ten pages as per the springer format shall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. Further the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affiliation of all authors.
All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days on the date of notification.
For presentation only or poster only cases, only abstract submission is required.
The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Submission and Review process
Prospective authors are requested to prepare their abstract as per the required format and submit using the following links:
- The articles should present novel perspectives on the given conference themes.
- The authors may submit the abstract through Microsoft CMT.
- The abstract must include title, author(s) affiliation, email address and keywords.
- The abstract should be limited to 300 words.
- The abstract will be reviewed by the technical committee members, and accordingly, decision will be sent to the respective authors via email.
- The full paper length should be of 8 pages.
- The paper will be reviewed by the technical committee members, and accordingly, decision will be sent to the respective authors via email.
- Review paper will be considered if it demonstrates novelty and promises original contribution in the respective field.
- After the conference, the authors will be informed about the respective journals in which their abstract has been accepted.
- All the submitted papers will be subjected to a similarity test using Turnitin Software.
- Papers with a similarity score of less than 15% will be considered.

Publication
1. Proceedings in Springer Book
Plagiarism check will be performed on each submitted paper before review and only upto 20% similarity will be allowed. Three experts will review the papers and based on their recommendations; paper will be selected for springer proceeding. If the paper is not selected for proceedings, authors will be encouraged to do presentation only or Poster.
Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.

REACHING SRM UNIVERSITY-AP
The SRM University–AP, Amaravati campus is located between the cities Vijayawada and Guntur. It can be reached from various parts of the country in several ways:
By Rail
Those coming from other states of India by train should get down at the Vijayawada railway station (railway code: BZA), which is well connected with almost all parts of the country. One can also use the Guntur railway station (code: GNT). You need to get a taxi from the stations to the SRM University-AP campus.
By Air
The nearest airport (about 45km) is the Vijayawada International Airport (IATA: VGA). You must get a taxi from the airport to the SRM University-AP campus.
By Bus
The buses operated by APSRTC from Pandit Nehru bus station and NTR bus station connect the city with Vijayawada and Guntur respectively.
