Academic Leadership Positions - DEAN

Qualification and Experience:

PhD in the relevant discipline is mandatory.
Candidates from above mentioned Institutions will be given preference.

A minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience is required of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Dean or minimum 5 years at the Associate Dean level.

Director, Associate/ Assistant Director

Qualification and Experience:

MBA/Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline mandatory.

A minimum of 15 years’ experience is required, of which at least 4 to 6 years should be at the level of Director/ Associate/ Assistant Director in reputed Universities.

Compensation for all Academic and Leadership Positions: ₹ 12 – 36 lakhs per annum / not a constraint for right-fit.

Eligibility Criteria

Doctoral degree from established and premier Institutions/Universities in India or abroad – IISc, IITs, NITs, IIMs, NITIE, Central Universities, National Laboratories, Foreign Universities and Institutions under 500 QS rankings – in relevant field with experience in research and teaching.

Assistant Professor (Grade – I) : PhD with First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with consistently very good academic record throughout.
Assistant Professor (Grade – II) : Minimum 3 years of teaching / research / industry experience of which at least 2 years at the level of Assistant Professor
Assistant Professor (Grade – III) : Minimum 5 years of teaching / research / industry experience of which at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor
Associate Professor : Minimum 6 years of teaching / research / industry experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Assistant Professor
Professor : Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor

Applicants for the post of Assistant professor in engineering discipline must possess B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline.
