Mr Manish Kumar Anand
Mr Manish Kumar Anand holds a full-time management degree in HRD from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and a diploma in HRD from the Academy of Human Resource Development, Ahmedabad. He is a Science graduate in Physics (Hons.).
He has profound expertise in guiding people, processes, and performance agenda for organisation development and growth. He has been instrumental in creating HR infrastructure and framework, formulating, and implementing different HR policies & practices in various organisations. Mr Manish has managed acquisition and people business integration in his career. He has also spearheaded HR for business in India as well as in Singapore and Malaysia.
Mr Manish has gathered enriching experience in people business management for over 22 years. The extensive experiences and learnings in Human Resources were a result of his collaboration with various businesses like Education, Healthcare, Aviation, Retail, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Integrated Facility Management, etc.
He has worked with Manipal Group for around 11 years in a leadership position. Besides, he has also worked with other leading enterprises like Apollo Hospitals, Air Deccan, Jet Air, Transport Corporation of India, etc.
He enjoys interacting with people, playing sports, and travelling to new places.
